I always think there are two things distinguished a great provider from a not-so-great one, one is stability and the other one is support. Having a friendly (but yet professional), and most importantly, speedy support is what I would value highly of a VPS provider. I am glad that in this case, NinjaHawk has been doing a pretty good job in it. I have submitted a technical support request at 10:13AM on a Sunday morning and it was answered by 10:25AM, which is not bad at all.

Ninja Hawk, truly did a swift job in handling all of my requests. I had submitted one ticket to them and it took less than 5 minutes for an initial response, and about 30 minutes to resolve my issue. I don't usually take the time to write about a good experience as I deem good service to be customary, but these guys went above and beyond.

Have a box with them and have been monitoring it for a while before I had put anything important on it. Network is solid and box is performant. The two times I used support was for updating the time on the vm and for rDNS and both times got a quick and professional response.

Nahian is a really cool guy and wow his support is truly awesome. He walked me through pretty much everything. Though i paid for an unmanaged vps i actually got really good support.
They would reply back almost instantly. I felt like these people are actually glued to their computer 24x7. Btw during my 2nd month i had run into 1 problem. I wanted to setup a quiz script for my school purposes and i couldn't fix the damn inbuilt clock in my server. Its showing me UTC when i wanted IST. i tried everything and i couldn't fix it.
Then i thought of contacting them and they tried to help me. At first they changed my vps server time to IST but still my script was showing me UTC. We both tried to figure out what exactly was going wrong. I spent quite a few hours to find out what was going wrong.
To my surprise even Nahian was trying to find a solution too while he was waiting for me to reply to him after he had fixed the vps server time.
After few hours of searching i found out that to fix my problem i needed to fix mphpmyadmin time. Once again to my surprise when i thought of replying to the support ticket i got another reply from him saying that he realized its a php problem and he fixed it. LOL i shouldnt have wasted my time trying to find a solution myself when Nahian himself was trying to find out without even telling me about it

You have to bear with me. I have never done a review of another company. I have been with Ninja hawk for almost 4 months and thought it would be a good time to tell others what I think of them. I found them in the web hosting offers section, when they were doing a promo, like 50% off or something. Anyway I liked what they offered. I was not expecting much for 14 bucks but it had a refund so I jumped in. So I setup my account and within a few minutes I had my VPS. I had a small problem where storage quotas were being wrong, but it was resolved very quickly and I was back up and running in no time. The technical support was amazing and really fast. Something that you don't expect from a budget VPS company. I donít have a monitor on my VPS, but I have had no problems with uptime except, when the node that I was on got abused and caused a small 15 minutes downtime. Once again they stepped in and resolved it. I even had a few email problems that were not even their fault. Something messed up and I could not fix it. As they were unmanaged, I thought I would have to hire somebody or pay extra for their support. But once again I submitted a ticket, they asked me to go on live chat, we talked about the problem, and within a half an hour it was fixed. I know the old saying ďYou get what you pay for.Ē, but honestly I got more than what I paid for. I wish Microsoft support was this good. LOL. I hope the service continues to be this good in the future. Thanks for listening to me and thank you Ninja Hawk.

I got a VPS from these guys about 6 months ago. Itís been pretty solid and I havenít had any speed or resource issues. Support has been responsive and helpful. They worked with me when I needed additional space, and it has stayed my favorite VPS by far. Great service here, and happy to see them grow!

I love the service Ninja Hawk Solutions Inc. It allows me to have full control of my VPS. I can test, break, and reinstall my VPS within seconds at will. The tech support is superb. They have great turnaround response. In my experience, they're either in the hour or a few hours, but never beyond 24hrs. I came from ServerPronto w/o a drop of regrets. I end up getting 4 VPS, 2 for personal and 2 for work.
